Founded in 1989 by Juan Santos, a proud U.S. Marine and Vietnam War veteran (1945–2016), Santos Manufacturing was built on a foundation of hard work, discipline, and service.
Before launching the company, Mr. Santos gained extensive manufacturing experience working with respected organizations such as Border Steel and Phelps Dodge, where he served as a shop floor foreman. His leadership, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality shaped the values that still guide our company today.
What began as a small operation in Ciudad Juárez soon became a true family business. His children, Elena and Juan Roberto Jr., joined the company, helping expand operations and transform it into a trusted manufacturing partner for customers across the United States and Mexico.
